More about the Doctor.
"Hello, my name is Dr. Omar M. Kazi, and I was born and raised in the picturesque countryside of New York in the rustic town of Hyde Park. I am half Cuban and half Indian by birth, but all American! I grew up speaking Spanish as well as English as a child.
After early graduation from F. D. Roosevelt High School at the top of my class, I left home to attend college at the University of South Florida Honors Program. During my free time, I received my private pilot's license, my advanced open water SCUBA diver certificate and played golf with my father on the beautiful courses of Central Florida.
As a private pilot, SCUBA diver, avid golfer and grateful family man, I thank God every day to be able to see all this natural beauty which surrounds us.
This is why I chose to become an ophthalmologist, to be able to do everything humanly possible to protect this blessed gift of sight.
When you usually visit the doctor, do you spend more time in the waiting room than in your actual appointment? At Central Florida Eye Clinic, we have a different approach. We take the time to get to know our patients and their families, and believe that by building strong relationships, we can provide the best care.
